Our Story
ABCCA had our humble beginnings in 1966 as Morgan’s Childcare Center. This family-operated company has now been in the family for FOUR generations. Rose Morgan, our Great-Grandmother, opened the first licensed preschool in Russellville, Arkansas. Betty Hefner, our grandmother, owned and operated the preschool for years until retiring in 2004.
In 2004, our parents, Kirk and Dana Warren, bought the family childcare business from Harold and Betty Hefner and re-emphasized the preschool mission to enhance their family’s strong “Preschool Education” childcare service. Their daughter, Kristen White and her husband, Jacob White, are now owners and operators of ABC Children’s Academy as of 2025 with the ambition and vision to continue our mission of serving our communities.
